The Surety & Fidelity Association of America (SFAA) acts as the thought leader and trusted adviser for the surety and fidelity industry, state and federal agencies and legislators. As a licensed rating agency/advisory organization and trade association, SFAA serves its members, subscribers, federal, state and local government leaders and the public by providing statistical and actuarial data, expertise, advocacy, education and promotion on the value of surety and fidelity bonds.
Our membership is comprised of over 420 companies and accounts for over 96 percent of the surety and fidelity premium written in the United States. The work of the Association is accomplished through the rich diversity of its membership - large and small companies, multi- and mono-line, regional, national, global and international.

Newsletter
The Newsletter is published six times per year and contains valuable information regarding industry developments, federal and state legislative activity, legal decisions, Local Surety Association activities, regulatory news and upcoming industry events.

The Surety Foundation
is a stand-alone educational organization formed to serve as the
vehicle to fund and administer the Surety & Fidelity Industry Intern
and Scholarship Program. The Foundation is organized as a 501(c)(3),
allowing for tax-deductible contributions to its programs by companies
and individuals. The overall purpose of the Foundation is to promote the
surety and fidelity industries as viable career choices through
scholarships, internships and various educational programs. Donate now.
